A: Once we have received your order, it will be processed within 1 day and dispatched within an additional 1-2 business days. Generally, your order will take approximately 3-5 business days to reach you. However, this delivery time may vary depending on where in Australia you are based. We will choose the fastest shipping company, based on your location, to send your delivery with.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: On average, for orders over $150 (AUD) shipping to US, Canada and Europe will be approximately $30 (AUD).
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: As of present, we only ship within Australia. However, we are very excited at the prospect of expanding, and aim to provide delivery of our products overseas, in the near future.
Q: What if I change my mind or would like a refund?

Q: I have received my delivery and there are part(s) missing, what should I do?
A: If you have purchased the product directly from our online store, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of both the product and the missing part(s). We will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
If the product was purchased in-store directly from one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly to discuss a refund or replacement.
Q: I purchased my mierEdu product at one of your other stockists. If there is a problem with my purchase, who should I contact?
A: If this is the case, you will need to contact the store you have purchased from directly for a refund or replacement.
Q: Do you offer any discount codes?
A: MierEdu does not usually offer discount codes. However, on the occasion that we do decide to run a promotion featuring a discount code, we will have it advertised on our social media (Instagram and Facebook).

Q: I want to order a particular product, but it is out of stock on your website. When will the item be back in stock?
A: Don’t worry! Some of our products can be very popular and sell out quickly. When this happens, we occasionally need to wait a few weeks before there is new stock ready.
When it is ready, we try our absolute best to have stock quantities updated on our website, as soon as possible. We recommend keeping an eye out if there is a particular product you would like to purchase.
